Furnivals Staffordshire

Furnivals, Ltd; Cobridge, Staffordshire, England Thomas Furnival Jr. and Co. succeeded Reuben Johnson & Co. at the Stafford Street works, Hanley. The firm afterwards changed to Furnival & Clark, and so continued until 1851, when the works at Cobridge were taken over, and the firm was changed to Thomas Furnival & Sons, later succeeded by Furnivals Limited. Their toilet ware and punch bowls are characterized by excellence of design and careful printing.
