Mintons Limited; Stoke-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, England
Founded in 1788 by Thomas Minton, and run, down through the decades, by various combinations of his descendants and partners, until Mintons Ltd. was formed in 1883. The mark on left was used only on ungilt china. The mark on the right was the current [1897] trademark.
